General information
In order to make it easier for you to visit our website, on the top and on the left-hand side of the screen you will find tables with links:
On the top of the screen you can find:
- „New Products”, „Help” and three navigation buttons: „My account”, „Cart Contents” i „Checkout”, which constitute at the same time the subsequent stages of shopping on our Internet page,
- below there is a „search”, field, where you can search for products whose descriptions contain the words or phrases you enter in this field. Further on the right you can see „Advanced search” link, through which you will specify more precisely the search criteria.
On the left-hand side of the screen, starting from the top, you can find:
- „Category” table that is used for navigation between product categories. When you click on a given link, there will be displayed a list of all the subcategories (if applicable) and a list of products in a given section.
- „What's New?” table, it contains recently added products.
- „Manufacturers” table, a list of producers whose products we sell.
On the right-hand side of the screen, starting from the top, you can find:
- „Shopping Cart” table, where you can check products you have added and you intend to purchase in our shop. The cart is empty when you start shopping.
- „Order history” table, when you log in your account, there will appear a list of products purchased in our shop.
- „Specials” table, it contains special offers for selected products.
- „Reviews” table, here you can read other buyers' opinions on the product viewed as well as add your own opinion.

4 steps to shopping on our website
In order to buy products in our shop, go through these four simple steps:
1. Creation of an account
The first step is to create your personal account. It is an easy and one-time action, thanks to which you will be able to add products to your cart, place orders, review the history of orders, etc. You can create the account by clicking on „My account” link in the upper part of the screen. Choose „New customer”, option on the page that will appear, fill in the form and accept the data you entered by clicking the button „Continue”. That is it! Next time you visit our website you can log in easily, all you have to do is enter your e-mail address and the password chosen during the registration.
2. Selection of products
It will be easier for you to find the products you are interested in thanks to the „Categories” table on the left-hand side of the screen. When you click on the selected product category, there will appear subcategories corresponding to it and a product list. The list contains photo thumbnails, product names, gross prices as well as a button adding products to the cart. You can read a detailed description of the product by clicking on its name. Click on the picture to open a gallery window with detailed photographs of the product viewed. Majority of products you can see on the description page have also assigned some photographs that you can see enlarged by clicking on a thumbnail or „Click to enlarge” link - select a picture of your choice in the window that will open.
3. Dodawanie towarów do koszyka
When you find the product you want to buy, put it in the cart by clicking on the „Add to Cart” button or on the symbol of the shopping trolley. Do the same thing with all other products you want to buy. If you intend to purchase a larger quantity of the same product, enter the requested quantity next to it when you are on the page with the cart content and press „Enter” or the „Calculate” button. The current cart content is shown in the „Cart” table, on the right-hand side of the screen. Remember that all the prices shown are gross prices.
4. Placing an order
When you have placed all the products of your choice in the cart, click on the „Checkout” button. Next, enter the delivery address, invoice address and a form of payment. You may enter additional information in the „Remarks” field. All the information about the order (list of products, amounts, addresses) will be sent to your e-mail address. If any of the products you ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will let you know. You can also make an order by phone.
