Regulations

The e-shop, operating at www.elpio.pl, send purchased products by mail.
Orders are collected via www.elpio.pl website, in exceptional cases an order may be placed by phone at +48 61 81 94 078.
The order lead time is given next to each product. The lead time is the time from placing the order to the moment of sending the parcel from the shop, however only working days are taken into account. An order for products with different lead times is carried out when all the products are available, i.e. after the longest lead time.
The date of receiving the parcel = lead time + delivery time
Parcels are sent via:
Polish Mail - delivery time between 10 and 14 working days
We offer the following payment methods:
- bank transfer: you will transfer the amount due for the goods ordered to the seller's account (we will send the goods when we receive the transfer)
According to the Consumers' Rights Protection Act of 2 March 2002, you can return the products purchased in our shop within 10 days from collecting the parcel without any justification. However, this is only possible if the product has not been used nor it has been damaged in any way. The returned goods should have enclosed the invoice whose "Return" section should be filled in. We guarantee the return of the amount paid for the product. We will send the money via bank transfer. Costs of delivery and resending the goods will not be returned.
All the products available in the shop are covered by manufacturer's guarantee. In case the customer receives the product and finds technical defects or damage caused during the transport, they have to contact the salesperson and send the product back to the shop address. We inform you that we do not accept any parcels sent to us with the postal collection order. Costs relating to the shipment of the product the customer complaints about will be returned immediately after we receive the parcel and process the complaint. Enclosed with the product sent should be the invoice with the "Complaint" section filled in. We will replace the product with another one, free of defects, and if this is not possible, we will offer the buyer other products available in our shop or we will return the money.
Elpio Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to refuse to carry out an order in case there are errors on the website consisting in presenting misleading information about prices or availability of products.
The seller undertakes to protect the personal data according to the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997. In accordance with the Act, the Buyer is entitled to review their data, to correct them or to request the Seller not to use them anymore.
